8. Account Closure & Termination

8.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is classified as dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 622bt will notify you by email at least thirty (30) days before applying any dormancy fee or initiating any balance reduction procedure. Dormancy fees, if applicable, will be deducted monthly from the dormant account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
